These terms govern your use of AKI CLOSET and any purchase you make from us. Please read them before ordering.
The website www.akicloset.com (the “Website”) is owned and operated by AKI ENTERPRISES, a private limited company, with its registered office at Office No. 1440, Vathar, Karad Satara, Karad, Satara, Maharashtra - 415539.
References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean AKI ENTERPRISES. References to “you” and “your” mean the user of the Website or the purchaser of products from it.
By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Shipping & Delivery Policy, each of which forms part of these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Website.
You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 in order to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Product descriptions, photographs, measurements and stock status are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Colours may render slightly differently on different screens. We reserve the right to correct errors, change specifications or decline an order at our discretion.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST. Shipping is complimentary on every order and there is no cash-on-delivery convenience fee, so the final payable amount — inclusive of all taxes and charges — is displayed to you on the checkout page before you confirm the order. Nothing further is added afterwards.
We do not engage in misleading discount practices. Where a struck-through price is displayed it represents the manufacturer's or our own recommended retail price for that piece, not an inflated reference figure.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order-confirmation email. Until that point we may decline the order — for example where stock is unavailable, where the delivery address is not serviceable, where a price was published in error, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. Where an order is declined, any amount already paid is refunded in full.
To protect genuine customers we operate automated checks that block orders placed with evidently false or placeholder identity details.

UPI payments are processed end to end by the gateway. We do not store any UPI ID, PIN, OTP, card number or banking credential on our systems. A GST tax invoice is issued with every order.
Shipping charges, serviceability and timelines are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. In summary: shipping is free on every order, we dispatch within 24 working hours, and delivery takes 5-9 business days from dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which sets out the seven-day return window, the condition requirements and the explicit refund timelines.
You agree not to use the Website to place fraudulent or speculative orders, to submit false identity or contact details, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its systems, to scrape or copy content systematically, or to interfere with its operation. We may suspend or refuse service where we reasonably believe any of these has occurred.
All content on the Website — the name, logo, product photography, copy, page design and code — is owned by or licensed to AKI ENTERPRISES and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our prior written permission. You may of course share links to our pages.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, epidemics, strikes, transport disruption, failures of communication networks, or acts of government authorities.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Maharashtra.
